Our service doesn't end when you buy a home from us.


At Oakmere Homes we are committed to building a quality supported by a 'Customer Care Policy' which ensures that if any problems are encountered they are remedied promptly. Should you encounter any problems which require our attention within the first two years you should contact our customer care team who will guide you through the 'After Sales' process.


You will also receive a 10 year guarantee from the NHBC, the UK's standard setting body and home construction warranty and insurance provider for New Homes.

Once an item is reported, your Customer Care Co-ordinator will arrange an appointment to view any items causing you concern and co-ordinate any necessary works. Our dedicated technicians will attend to items or repair during normal hours.


You will also be provided with an 'Oakmere Homes' introduction pack welcoming you to your new home.
